Warranty Returns
To return an item please follow the procedure below.
Step 1
Complete the form and email back to returns@nu-way.co.uk Pease fully complete the form with a valid contact email address.
Once we receive the form, we will issue you with a unique APR number.
Step 3
Repack your goods with the APR number clearly visible on the outside of the box and enclose the APR form inside.
Despatch to Nu-way Ltd, Vines Lanes, Droitwich, WR9 8NA
Step 4
We will contact you once the goods have been tested and if found faulty a credit will be raised.
Any returns for unwanted goods will incur a 25% restocking charge.
Please note: the APR number is only valid for 14 days after its date of issue and can only be used for the goods and quantities stated originally.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept goods unaccompanied by a valid APR number. Any goods delivered to us with incorrect paperwork will be held for 30 days for your collection.
